I am trying to use one of the Thunder lasers but I am unable to get it to connect. I have tried both Blitzen and Donner. The status shows it is disconnected and I am unable to upload my file to the laser. The Big Thunder laser is working. I double checked the IP address and it was correct. I tried cycling power to the laser but that didn’t work. Is there anything else I can try?
The Laser Committee meeting is at 5pm tonight, and they’ll do maintenance after that.
@Team_Laser actually tags individuals. One of those weird Talk things.
I tried restarting the computer and it was able to connect to all of the lasers. So maybe next time try that. Seems to help for some reason.

I had a similar problem last (Tuesday) night. Rebooting the PC solved the issue.
I noticed that someone else was already logged in when I logged in as a different user. Perhaps the other person neglecting to log out tied up the USB port resources??
