They currently stored on the Automotive shelf. There’s a bike stand there at the end of the shelf near the work tables.

I just found the tools (which were buried under some stuff), the truing stand and the bike stand.
The truing stand was where Ferman said it was and the truing stand is in a wooden box on the bottom shelf next to it. I placed the tool kit there as well.
Edit: The tool kit is in a gray plastic box with a handle. Maybe 10x11x3

I used it to brake off the old rusted chain on the steel framed retail craigslist bike I’m using as the foundation of my ebike build.
I’ve got details here if anyone is curious.
