Well isn’t this special. Won’t self-driving cars be a fun challenge for hackers. It will be interesting to see how they harden them against hacking, proofing sensor data, etc.

I am betting they’ll spend far more time and effort and money on “hardening” their End User License Agreement (EULA) against liability and lawsuits.

I can see those being struck down as against public policy or as adhesion contracts. If you’re the guy that gets hit by the car, you aren’t a party to the contract so nothing to prevent you from going after them.
