Does DMS have a Beveled Photo Mat Cutter?

I read a few old posts and it was unclear to me if DMS owns a photo mat cutter that is able to make a 45 degree beveled cut - something like what’s shown in the photo below.

Can anyone tell me if there’s one of these available, where it can be found and if I need to buy/bring my own blades?

I only recall vertical mat cutters, but something could have shown up in the past quarter.

@dryad2b or @jrkriehn might have a definitive answer.

Hmm. I’m not that familiar with our cutters. I’m thinking the answer is “no”. If we did, then it’d be in Creative Arts. You’re welcome to come by and look…

We do have a mat cutter, but it’s not a handheld version like the one pictured above.

The one we have looks fairly similar to the one here. It works, but probably needs a good cleaning and I’m sure it’d need a fresh blade to get decent results.

Is that the one that Tom @TLAR loaned us? If so, then the wiki links to its user manual.

Probably, it’s the kind most frame shops would be using for cutting mats by hand.
