I’ve seen him around, but I’m not sure what his name is. “Messy-man-bun guy”… 
Affirmative Raymond - he was in electronics Tuesday evening
Pic is a little fuzzy, but looks like a guy I know as “John”. Often can be found working in auto and metal areas.
Whether or not that is guy in orig pic I’m not 100% sure, but that is John (or at least that guy I greet as “John” and say "hi’ back without correcting me). Good guy, a far as my interaction with him go…
