If you are a member, you can use them onsite anytime they are available. If you want to take gear offsite for a shoot, send a request to (I hope this is right) @Team_Digital_Media

Competitive Cameras and other local businesses rent gear. It’s been considered in the past but the committee but never pursued for good reasons.
24-48 hour check out I believe. Id DM BoD for request.
