DMS Board Member Resignation

To help ensure the membership is aware, Kia Khadem was submitted his resignation from the Board, effective immediately.

At this time, Kia has indicated he will continue in his role as COO.

Because there are only two meetings of the Board remaining for this board-year, it is unlikely the Board will take action to fill the role.

If you have any questions on how this will impact DMS, its operations, or Membership, please feel free to reach out to any of the 2024-2025 Directors or Officers
