It is an Acculab VIC-123.
The model is discontinued. I just looked online and the list price is $486 but companies were selling it for $250-$300 and the similar alternatives listed are around $286.

In great shape, rarely used.
Max weight is 120 grams in .001 gram increments.

Ok, I am looking at the manual and it looks like it has the ability to connect with either but it does not come with the data interface or cable.
