We will be having weekly committee meetings every Tuesday evening’s at 7:00 P.M.
These are times to prioritize on goals, develop strategies, and share member ideas. It is all about being efficient.
Tasks can be done throughout the week. Things don’t need to be done during meeting times only.
We have a lot of plans for the Digital Media Room, and In order to move forward quick, meetings need to be this often.
I understand there is no perfect time to meet, and not everyone can meet weekly, but we’ll do our best to keep everyone interested informed and feel included.
Glad to see the dedication to the committee. Warning, make sure you get your meetings on the calendar. I believe digital media can be reserved on the calendar page and you don’t want to have to change rooms each week because someone claimed the room you usually meet in. It can be a problem as we have found out with the weekly philosophy meet ups.
I also expect any concerns to addressed at the meeting. If Tuesdays don’t work out for a lot of people, I’m OK with changing it as needed. All someone needs to do is say something so i know!
