Volunteer needs
Asking for 2-3 hours per month (30-40 minutes per week) for 93 days.
Sub-committees for each area will be formed with their own team leads.
Sub-committees would meet separately on a regular basis
Natasha will attend all subcommittee meetings (Natasha’s weekly commitment is 7 hours per week through April 2016).
Sign Up posters will be in place on the AV wall with subcommitetee descriptions, Team Lead names and e-mail addresses, and a “goals” section.
We will also keep track of how much money was raised.
Do we need a secretary, treasurer, vice chair? Or should we wait until the May meeting when we begin to get our ducks in a row.
Special note on positive reinforcement, treatment of people, and maintaining a positive environment.
Next All hands meeting May 28th 2015 @ 7:22 pm - 8:00 pm - Duration 38 minutes.
Track accomplishments and challenges, make adjustments as needed.
Questions/Comments (if time allows). I am sure I missed something. Otherwise, I will talk with you on Monday!
