Di-Acro Bender (or slip roller?) Question

I’ve got a project where I need to bend some 16-ga mild steel to a 1.25"radius. I’m pretty sure the slip roller could handle this (based on that being within its capacity in the manual), but I’m curious if the Di-Acro could do that too? I haven’t measured yet the width of the steel part that I’m going to need to bend, I’m guessing about 3-4". Would love any feedback. Cheers.

Pat

The slip roller can not make that small of a radius. IIRC its 3” min?

Thanks Tim. That makes the decision of which way to go a lot easier. Guess I need to read up on the Di-Acro instructions. Or maybe modify my design for a 3" diameter for the slip roller, which is probably a better idea.

3-4" wide part would be tough on the diacro, the nose that does the bending is only about an inch tall.

Yeah, I think a redesign is in order. Slip roller to 3" is in the cards.
