Hey @Team_Laser , can you explain like I’m 5, what the rule about no designing at the laser comouter is? Does it mean I go over there, plug my piece into RDworks and hit start or if I already have the design file but need to do all the file type conversions can I do that at the laser computers. Thanks!

Just don’t sit there for a half hour prepping a design from scratch. Small tweaks and file conversions are reasonable things to do in the laser workstations.

What Luke said.
Another thing to mention is that if you’re not blocking other users from using the laser you should be able to take your time.
File conversions and tweaks to your artwork are to be expected.

Bonus question: I get an Adobe creative cloud pop up asking me to sign in when I start up the computer, is there a sign in or am I supposed to use my own?
ignore it.
you can access illustrator directly from the icon or search bar without an Adobe sign in.
