There’s just been a Change Request submitted to helpdesk.dallasmakerspace.org to get a dedicated software development environment at the space.

Looks like we got the green light and there’s a request for blender as well on the design pc’s too. So these will be combined and deployed over the weekend.

Excellent

plus additional unneeded characters

Git, Neovim, Arduino, Gradle, and JDK is available on the jump server. There should be GPO’s in place to replicate the process and I’m already looking into getting Eclipse Che setup on the community grid.

Code should be checked into gitlab so it would build on the community grid and be available for deployment/testing to all.

So you have sent us all of these fancy heaters. Now how about some troops to show us how to use them?

@Bill brilliant idea! lets get a few class together and put it up on moodle for everyone. Who can we get to teach it?

I do not have a suggestion for an instructor.

It is that you have put up many specialized things for both VCC and the JUMP server without any documentation as to what they are much less why and how to use them.
