Get my garage & workshop in a more organised fashion.

Can you drive a 4speed manual?
It has no remote unlocking / locking doors.
No ac, no abs, no ipod(has an 8track), no air bags, just plain jane utilitarian fun mobile.
The only glass is the folding windshield (glasses or goggles are a must if driving with it folded down)
Does have a rifle holder - could be a plus !

I think you are describing the Thing my hubby had when we started dating
He sold it in the mid 1980s
He bought it new from Central VW and he headed for Houston in
it, only to get stopped by cop around Corsicana because a headlight was out
He showed him the mileage and didn t get a ticket!
