Okay, then! I’ve reserved the rooms for the DMS Holiday Gift Fair – 10am-5pm. I had thought about staying open until 6pm, but then I remember that last year it died off before 5.
What I need now: set-up the night before. I’m thinking of starting at 9pm – will I have folks to help me? I don’t have the rooms reserved for this yet. Should we start earlier? Later?

I would like to exhibit and if I have transportation I will come do what I can to help with set up. Don’t know how much I hope I can be I can move some chairs around I am sure she will want to exhibit and I doubt she’ll be able to do any physical help
I should be. Tuesday and Thursday for sure. Tuesday – from about 2 or 3pm. I’m teaching Sewing at 7, but I’ll be around after that for a while.
Is 9pm on a Friday night a reasonable time for you to help? Black Friday, of course.
9 is too late for me since it’s a long drive for me. I’d need to help earlier in the day. I’m not big on Black Friday crowds.
Let’s play that by ear, then. I think I’ll reserve the rooms now for 9, and see if they get filled up by, oh, say a couple of weeks out. I hate to suck up too much time if folks have things that they want to teach. But – if it turns out to be 9, you’re off the hook. We’ll be starting load-in for folks at 8 the next morning. Well, I’ll put the map up, and it’s whenever. I seriously doubt anyone else will be using the rooms before 8am…

I can help with set up and would also like a table depending on what my work schedule looks like as we get closer. I can also help with anything you may need leading up to the date just let me know.
Yes. It’s $10 per table. We put the money into the Fellowship fund. (Or something sort of like that.)
