It’s pretty easy…let me know if you need help.
The biggest hurdles to not mess up are these:
Make sure you invert your design because you’re applying the material’s front not a sticky backing
Make sure the press is tight. It should take a significant effort but not be impossible to clamp it down.
Look up temperature and time for your materials. I find a little extra doesn’t tend to hurt but too little will leave it ready to peel off.
Let the shirt cool a bit before peeling. Doesn’t have to be completely cool but if you peel immediately you might peel off the design
