Things might be altered and changed by time the meeting comes up

Also working with @PearceDunlap and Logistics over possibility of CA assuming responsibility for Screen Printer. We need to know we can store it in shop and will schedule classes monthly. Need to speak with Pearce about a Train-the-Trainer class so there are more of us that can teach.

I will offer to disassemble the screen printing table(the too wide table on castors is not integral to using it), screw some wood to the bottom of the metal rotating bit so that it can be quickly clamped to a table for use, and then safely hang it on the wall in creative arts for storage when not in use.

There will be more than just the components that now exist, e.g. a dryer. The advantage of cart is all the accessories, and some of the materials can be stored with it. We may be able to go with a smaller more compact cart. CA is also getting more storage shelves and display cases. We don’t have room for it in my opinion. If Nicole @uglyknees is willing to give up the space in CA I’ll defer to her.

We, (you, me, @pearce and anyone else) can get together and see how to make this the smallest footprint possible. Possibly substituting out some quick disconnect tooling pins that will maintain registration accuracy but allow rapid take down and assembly.

This is a hard one. Do I need to decide right now? I want to see how the space is when we get the shelves in.

The screen printing table is safely offsite right now and is in no danger, the only potential deadline is the arbitrary Feb 1st date I proposed in agenda item for next board meeting.
