Crazy NASA Auction

Here is a pretty cool auction, a bunch of NASA stuff. Some of which went to the moon!

Favorite items so far:

Texas flag flown to the moon and Lunar Sample Bag. Just cool to look through.

For some reason that brought back memories of playing fetch with my dog by the WETF and patrolling with her for rodents near Mission Control.

What you don’t want to go in on the rocket engine or pyrotechnic battery?

The lunar sample bag seems to have the highest price point so far, 2 to 4 million asking.

Item #102 in case anyone else is too rich to bother browsing on their own.

Probably the best ‘value’ of anything on that page. Everything else has a cool/wow factor, but to return even a microscopic sample of actual moon dust would likely cost a fair bit more than 4M.
