Anybody plan on trying to get the W9IMS trifecta this year? The dates are up on QRZ, and the schedule is partially complete. The first race is this coming weekend, and they’re starting to get on the air on Wednesday.
I wanted to last year and missed it by not getting my rig back on the air in time for the Indy 500, and flat forgetting about the brickyard. I won’t be making that mistake again this year, though. I’m a little disappointed to see that they won’t be running on 10m for the Grand Prix, I guess I’ll be messing about trying to get a 20m antenna up in my attic this weekend, blast it.
