Could use some advice on places to start with power and speeds

Hello everyone  I’m so excited to be a DMS member again! I’ve been keeping busy making in the year or so since I was active out there. I have been doing a lot of TTRPS terrain stuff and pepakura projects recently. The part that I dislike the most is my inability to cut a clean straight line every timeand how long it takes to cut everything out. Seems like a perfect job for the laser! No I know you have to run test peices to dial in the laser depending on how it’s feeling that day and the particular sheet of material, but I was hoping the community could give me some tips on where to start with power/speeds to cut and engrave:

Eva foam
9mm HF floor mats
5mm Michael’s craft foam
2mm Michael’s craft foam
Heavy cardstock
1/2" XPS ridged pink foam
Foam core poster board

From looking at the go/no go list it looks like these are all safe to cut. When I used the laser previously I pretty much only cut acrylic and wood, so any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks Adam W9ECO

These are notes from a year ago, and the tube strength may have changed since then, but should work as a starting point.

Black Dollar Tree foam core
Cut: 100/0.5 two passes
OR
Etch: 100/5 one pass
Cut: 100/30 one pass (Probably overpowered)

Black posterboard
Cut:100/30
