@ESmith, what do we need to do to ensure that she is confirmed in tomorrow night’s BOD meeting?

Additionally, do we need to do anything special to set her up as a purchasing agent and remove me as such?

There’s no real transfer. I’ll review the purchasing agents we end up with after the elections and I’ll get back to you.
