Confluence and Jira training

I am having a tough time trying to log into Confluence. I thought that I had already been on the platforms but Confluence does not recognize me as a DMS member and wants me to create a new account. Same with Jira. Where do I go to learn how to login as a DMS member and be further educated on both of these topics??? best, Jim

Both should be your DMS domain login, the same one you use to log into computers on campus. This is separate from your Talk account.

I’m trying to familiarize myself with both of these too, of course without out FUBARing it. One of them, My profile picture will not save right side up. So its either upside down or sideways no matter how I import the picture
