Computer Committee Documentation for Items on Loan Deadline March 4th


In an effort to improve documentation, I am asking everyone who has loaned personal property that is currently in the computer committee area (the south half of the south lobby) to document their items. This does not apply to donations, which are defined as items explicitly accepted by the chair in the rules.

Please email the following to [email protected]:

  • A description of the item. Photos for extra credit lol
  • The name of the owner of the item and a way to contact them (talk handle will suffice)
  • The date the item was put in the committee area
  • The date the item will leave the committee area (or state that it’s on loan indefinitely)

I will add it to our inventory page. I will be accepting emails until the end of the day on March 4th, so you have plenty of time. After that, I will assume that anything that’s in the committee area that’s not on loan belongs to the committee.
