The fluorescent lights in the Unisex need replacing. There are two LED troffers outside of the Unisex bathroom that can be dropped in place of the old ones.
It may be that one of the LED lights will be enough.
I can fix this on Tuesday evening - I’ll be there to take a class.
I replaced the ballast in a light fixture in our barn yesterday - sounds like this is about as complicated (or slightly less since the entire fixture is to be replaced).
Do we know which circuit the light is on and how many other lights will be affected? While some might be willing to do so, I won’t swap it out w/out shutting off the power to the circuit first. I can do the cut-off after 10pm if that would cause less disruption…

I’ve always just turned off the wall switch (and taping it off) when changing out light fixtures.
Probably Main2 (M2), breaker 5. Includes adjacent Women’s room and Janitor’s closet.
But I’m with Stan … I’d just turn off the switch.
Unless it’s a 3-way switch tied to the other women’s room for some reason.
The light is now installed.
