One suggestion: As much as we should live in the “Internet age”, shouldn’t our committee meetings be held on the air? 
Far easier to talk than type while driving…

I totally get what your saying, but by keeping a least of portion of it in hangouts, we get automated minutes
I would also be fine with a multi user conf call as well.
How about a SDR recording with automatic Google-powered speech-to-text transcription? Sounds like an awesome project for someone!

I don’t have an issue with someone handling a project like that as long as it is stable. I use the text so I can keep it relative.
The Antenna repair is scheduled to start at 1100 so what time do we want to start the committee meeting. I cannot see the repair taking longer than 2 hours.
I wouldn’t be able to make it till ~12:30 or 1:00 but don’t wait up for me, its just I have personal obligations on Sunday mornings.

The committee meeting has been scheduled for 1300-1500 and a calendar request has been put in for the purple classroom.
