Ok folks, its time to schedule our next meeting for the Amateur Radio committee. I would like this to occur before the next board meeting on May 17th so I know what to take to the board if anything. What day and time works well for everyone here such as a weekday, weeknight, weekend, so on and so forth?
I also plan to have a google hangout posted up within the week unless I get busy. This will allow those who cannot make it in person to make it via internet. If the majority would prefer we can just hold it over hangouts but I will leave that decision to you as members.
Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting however to have a say in any votes or decisions we make on anything we do you must join the committee. In order to join the committee you must meet the following requirement as per our club rules,
*Membership of the Dallas Makerspace Amateur Radio Club includes Amateur Radio licensees that are current paid members of the Dallas Makerspace
Your still welcome to attend and observe if you aren’t a committee member yet, well get you started early in attending meetings so you can know whats going on, you might just learn a thing or two! We will even help you get your foot in the door with our hobby.

Ok Folks I have added everyone I saw ask on here to be added to the committee list, please go check and ensure I added you if you requested and if not tell me or add yourself.
Also I have created a google hangout for the Amateur Radio group and added those of you I could easily recognize. If you did not receive an invite or you want to play it safe put your gmail address here and I will add you. It is likely our meeting will be held on google hangouts.
Okay folks I have only seen a handful of you asking to be added to the Hangouts, anyone not added yet needs to post your gmail on the post or message or email me at [email protected]
I am interested in the meeting and would like to attend. (The only reason that I have not asked to be added to Google Hangouts is because I really don’t know what that is.)
Ok folks I want to look at doing our meeting on one of two days. Either Saturday the 16th or Sunday the 17th. Anytime Saturday or anytime before the board meeting Sunday. I will be holding both an in person meeting at the space and on Hangouts.
