Our election is on 4/24 @ 8pm. The Board Meeting is on 4/27 and the cut-off date is still 48 hours prior, correct?

Personally, I’d be willing to accept chair nominations up to the start of the board meeting, since the agenda item is already created.

Civic Hacking is holding a meeting tomorrow about becoming a SIG under VCC. If all goes as planned, I guess I’ll add it to the consent agenda right afterward to make it official.

I see from the agenda listing that there are two committee chairs documented above that are omitted from the BoD agenda listing (jewelry (Lahoud), science (Melnick). Do you want me to update the BoD Agend listing, or do you want to do it?
The agenda also says Andrew Zalaket was elected, but per the calendar that election isn’t until 4/26.
