If you ever try to cut pizza on the shaky poo the diamond drag knife is overkill. You’re going to want something like the vinyl cutters use

Is it the shaky poo that is the issue or the diamond drag knife? Personally I prefer not to cut my pizza on any poo regardless how firm it is…
