This volunteer position should be quite a fun one, as I grow tired of enforcing people to get there receipts on time this position responsibility will be to train new procurement officers in the use of expensify and enforcing how they see fit that receipts are turned in timely.
I will work with this volunteer to learn the expensify system and will be available to assist in anyway possible.
Expensify is the software DMS uses to track receipts, committee purchases and maintain that they are placed appropriately in the general ledger.
