Good afternoon all,
We have received & installed the new drill press chuck. This is a standard Jacobs style chuck, so don’t loose the Key.
This will allow us to repair the Albreich chuck without having any downtime.

Chained objects near rotating tools are not a good combo. Maybe something like one of those retractable keychains. You can pull it out to use but it can’t hang down and get caught.

Lol, so you don’t want 3/8 or 1/2" chain welded to it? Maybe glue it to a cinderblock.

I’m good with the cinder block as it’s safer. I’ve seen interlocks where the keys have to be put back to turn on machine.
