[Claimed by Glassworks]Free Mirrors out back 7/13/2020

I don’t recall anyone saying they were leaving mirrors out back? Are these a donation, abandoned, or trash?

And oh boy I’ll bet our eastern neighbors just love the reflections into their front windows early in the morning …

I do not know who this person is but he unloaded them July 7th and the mirrors are still there.

Yes. :blankspace:

Clearly it’s somebody who wanted to get rid of them but didn’t want the bad luck of breaking them. Left it for someone else to be cursed.

Eh, it’s bad luck to be superstitious.

Thank goodness I’m not superstitious- knock on wood.

Best of all, he didn’t put them in the trash, so it’s not dumpster diving :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Too bad someone didn’t abandon a 1964 Ford Mustang back there. :frowning:

They seem like they might be prone to falling/blowing over and [something bad].

Like a bus full of children and nuns?

Does this guy look familiar to anyone? Maybe we could ask him whether they’re a donation.

It’s been a week, and he didn’t tell anyone? Nope…

I’d check with Richard Meyer and see if they were ordered as part of the expansion project. Or, maybe some member got the mirrors that he bought delivered to DMS . . . .

  1. Should have come with an invoice.
  2. With no sign-off or invoice?
    Nope.

I see your point. But that’s no excuse for taking something that Richard might have ordered or that was ordered by a fellow member.

And again – they’ve been out there a week so far. If I’d ordered something, I’d’ve been looking for it by now.
