I chipped the 1/4" x 20 die, including some cutting thread; so, I have ordered a replacement die, same size, make and features. Should be in by mid next week.
Happened in the most banal of ways, chipped when it slipped out of the holder and fell to the floor! A chip out of the rim makes sense, but a chip out of the middle seems hard to believe.
