Check the AED in the Kitchen

Hello folks,

Would anyone be able to answer the following questions for the AED in the kitchen?

You can open it’s display case, the alarm is disabled.

  1. Is the AED is clean, free of damage, and excessive wear?
  2. Is the AED is free of chirping or warning alarms?
  3. Is the AED status or readiness display indicates that the device is ready for use, AED battery(s), and electrode pads are not expired?

Thank you!

AED = Automatic External Defibrillator.

IIRC, it’s on the west wall near the first aid cabinet.

Yes, yes*, yes, and pads and battery expire 5/19

There is an additional set of pads in the wall mount box that have expired (5/17).

There is also an oxygen tank (I think) in there

Sorry for the bad formatting, I’m on my phone. Basically all is well aside from the expire extra pads

Edit: apologies, I misread the question. No the aed isn’t chirping or anything.

No … on “Is the AED is free of chirping or warning alarms?”

What is it doing?

Sorry fixed my response. That double ‘is’ got me
