Cermark on a tumbler

Since I have not seen any settings, I thought that I’d share what I used on the thunder laser to etch Cermark on a stainless steel tumbler. Cleaned the cup with windex, then light coat of cermark. Dry minimum 5 minutes.

Scan Mode
Min power 30
Max power 50
Speed 100

Under Output
Enable Rotate Engrave
Circle Pulse 16,000
Diameter 100 This is the diameter in mm of the TTIC 30 cups.

After running wash with warm water.

I was very happy with the results. Giving this to a man who works with Boy Scouts teaching Scuba. His motto is Semper Gumby “Forever Flexible”

Only thing I can’t seem to figure out is why it outlined, and not filled in the Gumby. The original had a grey fill, but the raster scan only every scanned the outline. Odd. Hope this helps someone. All in all very easy to do.
