You’ve figured out those tricky parts, centering and pulling a wall, but your pieces still weigh a ton? Have a beautiful rim but a clunky, unshapely foot? We can help!
Trimming can be done on the wheel to reduce weight and further refine the shape of your greenware pottery before the first bisque firing. You can also use trimming techniques to make footed items and add surface decoration.
A small leather-hard bowl will be provided to practice with but you are more than welcome to bring some of your own pieces. If you have any questions, please hit me up and I’ll be happy to help.
