Ceramics Open House
Events
- Membership and Questions
- If possible day of, use the front flex table in Jewelry, otherwise shift to Automotive door tables
- Grab a couple of laptops and more fobs so we can sign people up right there
- Handbuilding Hands-on Activity

- Items will be ‘displayed’ unless participant becomes member (otherwise reclaimed at end of event) and then A&S will handle firing

Market
- Will clear space in the front corner of Auto shop to set up market tables on Friday
- Members will share space on tables based on how many people we have, can keep additional pieces under table to back-fill as sales occur
- @cmcooper0 will send out ‘liability’ form, info packet and co-ordinate payment info for the master book of QR codes
Display Type Things
- We will faux-load a cross section of a kiln with volunteered pieces
- If you have cool pottery to display, please bring it with you!
- Use rolling drawers to set up small slipcasting display, if anyone has a small piece slip cast from one our molds that is glazed, we would love to display it next to the mold. If you have it in both bisque and glazed, even better!
- @JasonM314 will prepare clay for the 3d printer, will need someone to start new prints periodically
- @Hellzlynx bringing decorations

- @jamierazzz can you make sure all upcoming classes have a slide and also add some more ‘fun studio photos’ type slides for variety?

Assorted Things to Remember/Do
- Post no firings after Thursday
- Tarps are being picked up to put over the front of the greenware shelves for safety of in-progress pieces, if you have any neodymium magnets, please bring (I have some, could use more, looks nicer than tape)
- @cmcooper0 will get signs laminated
- Caution tape for shelves/signs
- Print post-cleanup signs for Friday night
