Several items on the Needs Attention shelf and I put the things that don’t fit over on the Finished Glaze shelf. Please check to see if any of your items are there.
Pretty much all of these items have glaze too close to the bottom. Please remember to leave 1/4" unglazed. If you’re going back and wiping, make sure you wipe all of it. It’s easy to leave a little bit on the bottom, which seems to be the majority of the problem with these pieces. So just make sure they’re squeaky clean of glaze.
As an alternative, if you or someone you love just can’t resist the urge to glaze all the way to the bottom, you can always provide your own cookie. Just remember, your cookie should at least cover the entire bottom of your piece, plus about 1/4" of breathing room all around.
