Can you ask the landlord to repaint the space? I’ve parked there, since it’s a clearly marked space, and then been yelled at by the neighbor.

Sure I can ask ultimately it’s best avoid the back lot behind neighbors during working hours.
I only ask because it’s a recurring problem.

Has the back parking lot been power washed? If not, would it be possible to power wash off the paint stripes? Take care of several problems at once.
I actually just got BOD approval to get it pressure washed (Be on the lookout for all cars needing to be moved from the back soon) removing the paint was not part of the SOW but I can ask the Land Lord if it is an option.

I remember it being part of the last BoD mtng. I’d ask the Land Lord for ok and if doesn’t cost much, go for it. Takes care of several problems at once.
