Can't run SewArt64 on the CA computers

I tried to run SewArt64 from both of the CA computers (to design some embroidery). From the error messages, it seems that both computers had a demo/evaluation copy - neither of which is still valid. Do we own a licensed copy? If so, we just need to enter the serial number. Can we get a licensed copy?
