Awesome. I would love something to cut out shapes in large format (~7’ long x 5’ wide) but I know that’s asking for the world. Thanks for sharing!
I think it’s possible
I’ve already used the lasers to pre cut patch blanks with very complicated outlines (skull and crossbones) that stitched out perfectly on the embroidery machine.

Actually that’s a cut and paste from a show and tell thread from earlier last year.

Ditto what Paul says. I use the lasers to cut fabric routinely - for embroidery, quilting, and applique. However, for small pieces, be aware that they tend to get sucked into the exhaust (particularly on the Zing), so leaving tabs is a good practice.
