Can we embroider caps at the space?

I wanting to make up some ball caps … do we have a way to sew them directly? Or do we have to make a patch?

I think the answer is a patch. I believe that it requires special industrial stuff usually to be able to directly embroider on a hat.

In the Babylock class Chris said hats would be very hard to properly secure in the hoop.

Sorry. We can’t. Anything we embroider has to be flat and has to be mounted in a tension hoop. No caps, no shoes.

Yeah, it looks like that cap frame requires a multi-needle machine. What model do we have?
