So I would like to use the metal lathe, and I don’t see a class looming in the future. Would it be possible to get some basic training on a Wednesday at some point during the day?
A class would be great, since I cant be the only one, but if someone could show me the ropes for basic stuff that would be most appreciate.

I have scheduled s a series of three classes for the metal lathe, but it will take a day or so for the “events” to be approved and posted to the calendar. Wednesday, the 17th at 2:00, Sunday, the 21st at 2:00 and Wednesday the 24th at 7:00pm. Were you trained on the former metal lathe? If so, you just need a 10 minute personal session to show you the differences between the new and old lathes.

I have zero metal lathe training, just the wood lathes, so I would be learning completely from scratch. I’m very keen on learning the equipment, so I’ll keep an eye out for those classes, thanks!
