I’ve created two events and I’ve wanted to go in and alter the time on one and the room on the other and I can’t seem to make changes (is this because I’m on a mac)?
I registered for an event and paid but I wanted to buy an additional ticket but it seems like its not allowing me.
What’s going on? Is it me?
There is no way to alter time on the event once it is created. The recommended procedure is to delete the event and re-add it. Alex can fix it if there are extra-ordinary circumstances.

The ability to change time is not something that will happen for entrants and will only be done by admins on a VERY rare occasion. If you need to change the time, cancel the class and re enter it. This way anyone who has registered will be notified that it has cancelled, also the ability to change the time could effect honorariums and such. We want the calendar to be as consistent and possible.
You can only buy one ticket at a time. If you need to buy another ticket you can open up an incognito/private browsing window and purchase another one. Or you can log off and purchase a ticket. If the class requires you to be a member you have to log in and so does everyone who wants a ticket.

Are the setup/breakdown times not blocked off when there is an event on the calendar? I have an event on the 27th. I selected noon as the setup time, and 1pm as the start time. There is now an event listed until 12:30 in the same room.

They should allow overlap of set up and break down times but not the actual event times. Event times should not be allowed to overlap set up and break down times as well. I see your events and will look to fix this in the future. Not entirely sure why that overlap was allowed, but it will be looked into.
