MakerManager currently uses SmartWaiver v3 API, which is getting turned off soon. SmartWaiver v4 API changes from XML to JSON, so some code changes are needed.

Please contact me if you would like to help DMS by updating this section of MakerManager.

Is this still needed, or did the MM4 update include SmartWaiver v4 API integration?

@LukeStrickland has been doing some very nice work on MM4, I’m pretty sure he has the new SmartWaiver stuff in it, but you might want to check with him.
