Anyone planning to go to Burning Man 2016? I’m considering it and would love to connect with any other DMS’ers that have been before or are considering going this year.
Are tickets even available? I think it would be cool to make plans for 2017 and build something to take.
And here I thought the only reason to go to Black Rock was BALLS …

Not yet, but they will be later this month, for August 2016. And yes, I was thinking it would be fun to build something to take. I have a concept I’ve been mulling over, but I’d love to hear other ideas.

You should also consider LDRS - an acronym for Large Dangerous Rocket Ships

Just so you guys know, there’s a local Burner community that creates reigional Burns. Tickets for the Austin burn go on sale in about a week. Planning on the North Texas burn is in progress. There’s a meet-n-greet downtown tomorrow (Thursday the 7th) at the Red Light Lounge ( Burnin' Catalina Mixer - The Second Round ).
If anyone is interested in getting plugged in locally, let me know. I know of several Burners who are also members of the DMS.
