BUGbase GPS modules at Tanner

Tanner has a Christmas special of 50% off for the BUGBase stuff, including a GPS module with a SiRF module inside of it. At $3.50, that’s the cheapest GPS you’ll ever find. The only obnoxious part is the Samtec connector on the back, but one could just blue-wire it to a different connector.

Here are the BUGBase documents you’ll need to interface with the modules.

At one point, they were on the BUGBase wiki and GPL-ed, so I think I’m OK on copyright. These were sent to me by an engineer at buglabs, but they don’t do this sort of hardware anymore. You’re on your own.
