The first table saw in the woodshop has a faulty stop button. It looks like there is some kind of short in it. When pulling out the button, the saw doesn’t come on until you wiggle the button back and forth.
While it does sort of work, there is certainly a concern for shorting out the saw electronics further.
Kris told me to post this on Talk. I also put a sign on the saw marking that it is not working properly.
