the new drill chuck replacement for the keyless chuck has come it. this should fix the problem of things slipping. If it slips - tighten it up.

Reminder: ONLY to be used on DRILLS not Cutters or Reamers.
This is a nice tool, lets you hand tighten or if needed wrench tighten.
