Brand new, question about Ceramics class progression

I just joined, and took my first class ( Ceramics 100 Welcome Potters!! ) for a basic overview. I’m taking Crash Course in Pottery, and I was thinking of taking Ceramic: Throwing Miniature Pottery, but I don’t know if it’d be appropriate for me. I don’t want to take up the instructor’s time if it’s not for a beginner (never thrown before).

Can someone familiar with the classes offer some advice?

The miniature pottery is for those who are more advanced i believe…throwing off the hump. If you are taking Liam’s crash course, ask him at the end of class if he thinks you are good to go? Usually it takes a few classes to get the centering down…but some are able to do it sooner.
