Wondering if tonight’s board meeting be streamed? I know there were equipment issues in the past, but hoping those have been lined out so those that can’t attend in person can still hear discussion of items.

Doubtful. I will have an audio recording after the meeting finishes. Minutes are posted a couple of minutes post meeting too.

The meeting wherein he was elected wasn’t posted 2 weeks in advance. They are having another meeting on August 4 to meet the posting time requirement.

Not at all.
Technicalities with not enough advance notice with the initial election.
I actually post them at every break during the meeting. If there are typos or errors, they get edited before the next board meeting when they’re approved.
